application forms for the 2018/19 Charles S. Noble scholarships can be found on the Student Aid website.  visit it at studentaid.alberta.ca/scholarships   and on the applications and forms section go to Alberta Scholarships  and the Charles S. Noble Junior Hockey Scholarship.

this form can be printed, and filled in with all the proper signatures that are needed. once this is completed, the form can be then mailed to:

Alberta Student Aid       Box 28000  Station Main      Edmonton, Alberta    T5J 4R4

applications must be received by December 01,2018.  Late applications will be rejected.
